Olivia and Mitchell’s Dream Wedding at Port Lympne Reserve
I first met Olivia and Mitchell at a wedding fair in 2023, and from the moment we started chatting, we connected instantly. They hadn’t finalized their wedding venue yet, but I knew right away I’d love to be their photographer. Their deep love for one another was evident, and I had no doubt their wedding would be a beautiful and heartfelt celebration. A few weeks later, I received an email sharing the exciting news—they had booked Port Lympne Reserve as their venue and wanted to confirm my availability. Thankfully, I was free to capture their big day!
When their wedding day finally arrived, Port Lympne Reserve was bathed in glorious sunshine—a stark contrast to the grey, rainy day we had experienced during their venue walkaround. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, as it turned out to be the hottest day of the year so far. Olivia started her day in high spirits, enjoying a joyful morning with her bridal party while getting ready. Meanwhile, Mitchell arrived at Port Lympne, looking sharp and completely photo-ready.
From the very beginning, the day was filled with fun, laughter, and countless happy moments. Olivia and Mitchell had taken all my little tips to heart, ensuring there was plenty of time for everything—from capturing special getting-ready moments to creating artistic and romantic couple portraits. Olivia looked stunning in her gown, giving us ample opportunity for beautiful pre-ceremony photos, while Mitchell was perfectly poised for the camera from the start.
One of the highlights of the day was their confetti moment. They had arranged an abundance of confetti, which made for vibrant, joyful shots that perfectly captured the celebratory energy of their wedding. The whole day at Port Lympne Reserve was simply magical, with so many gorgeous moments to photograph and cherish.
